Terms of Play

1. About Trend Champs

Trend Champs is a real-money, skill-based stock tournament platform operated by EIYH LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or entering a tournament, you agree to these Terms of Play.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21+ where required by state law)
• You must be a legal U.S. resident in a state where Trend Champs paid tournaments are available — see State Availability
• You must not be on any government sanctions list
• You must provide accurate identifying information
• You may not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family of EIYH LLC

3. Tournament Participation

3.1 Skill-based competition

Every tournament is skill-based. Outcomes are determined by participant decisions — stock selection, portfolio construction, and timing — applied against the live U.S. equity market.

3.2 Entry fees and platform fees

The entry fee for any paid tournament goes 100% to the prize pool. The platform fee is paid separately to Trend Champs. Both fees are displayed clearly at checkout. Both are non-refundable once an entry is confirmed.

3.3 Portfolio rules

You may pick stocks only from the published curated universe. Your portfolio locks at the start of the scoring window. Changes are not permitted after lock, except where a specific format expressly permits a rebalance.

3.4 Scoring and ties

Scoring uses percentage return between window open and close. Ties broken by highest single-stock return, then time of entry.

3.5 Prize distribution

The prize pool is the sum of all entry fees. Distribution follows the published payout curve for the tournament's entrant count. Prizes credit to your wallet automatically at close.

4. Stock Universe

Eligible stocks must meet all of: NYSE or NASDAQ listed, ≥$1B market cap, ≥1M average daily volume, ≥$5 share price, not on any SEC trading suspension list, single-name common stock only (no ETFs, ETNs, ADRs, leveraged products, or SPACs), at least four full quarters of earnings reported.

5. Anti-Cheating and Fair Play

• One Trend Champs account per real-world person
• One entry per tournament
• No bots, scripts, or automated entry
• No portfolio sharing or coordinated play between accounts
• No market manipulation, insider trading, or other unlawful activity

Trend Champs may, at its sole discretion, void entries, freeze withdrawals, suspend accounts, or refer matters to law enforcement when these rules are violated.

6. Withdrawals and KYC

Before your first real-money withdrawal you must complete identity verification (KYC), including: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, SSN or equivalent tax ID, and a government-issued photo ID. We may require additional documentation at our discretion. Withdrawals process within 5 business days after KYC. Minimum withdrawal: $10.

7. Taxes

Trend Champs winnings are taxable income. We issue a Form 1099-MISC for any player with net winnings of $600+ in a calendar year. You are responsible for reporting winnings on your tax return.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Trend Champs platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trend Champs and its operators are not licensed financial advisors or registered investment advisers. Content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Trading involves risk of loss.

9. Responsible Play

Trend Champs is designed for skilled players who enjoy stock-picking as a competitive activity. If your participation feels out of your control, use the in-platform Limits tool, Self-Exclusion tool, or contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER. See Responsible Play.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, are required by law to be terminated, or if your participation poses risk to the platform or other players. Eligible balances are returned via the payment method on file.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as required by law. Trend Champs's total liability to any player for any claim is limited to the sum of fees paid by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Pinellas County, Florida, under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Trend Champs waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated via email and posted notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
