In Alabama, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and a few other states, skill-game participation requires age 21+. We verify age at signup based on your state of residence.
Common questions
Can I play if I'm visiting an available state from a non-available state?
No. Eligibility is based on your registered state of residence and current physical location. We use geo-IP to verify.
When will paid play expand to all 50 states?
Honest answer: we don't know. Skill-game and prediction-market regulation is evolving rapidly. We're tracking it and will expand state-by-state as it becomes legally clear.
Why is Trend Champs available in some states but not others?
Each state has different laws around skill-based contests and real-money competition. Some states explicitly permit them under specific structures. Others have explicit bans. Several are actively litigating against similar platforms. We only launch where the path is legally clear.
What if my state changes its law?
If a state opens up, we expand. If a state restricts further, we restrict accordingly. We communicate any availability changes to affected players at least 30 days in advance, except where required by law to move faster.
